Tooth Whitening
Have a whiter brighter smile for upto 2 years

Studies have shown that our appearance plays a major role in the success of our personal and private lives'.

Like your hair, make up and clothes, whiter teeth and a brighter smile can completely change your appearance and boost your confidence

Did You Know?

  • Nicotine, tea, coffee, red wine and ageing can discolour your teeth.
  • Tooth whitening returns your teeth's original white and shiny look.
  • Almost everyone can benefit from tooth whitening.
  • Whitening agents do not damage your teeth while whitening them.

Tooth whitening is not a new fangled process, in fact, it's being taking place for over 100 years! And you can ignore the horror stories you see in the national press, as, when undertaken by a professional tooth whitening is completely safe and effective.

In fact, many dentists consider this process to be the safest cosmetic dental procedure available today!

Think about it in a different way, we all tan in the sunshine (when we get some), yet some people tan much more easily then others. It's the same for tooth whitening, some people's teeth whiten more easily than others; it's just the way we're made. In all cases however, your teeth will look whiter after having a tooth whitening treatment!

Speak to your dentist about tooth whitening

Following a dental examination your dentist will decide which treatment is best for you, the duration and the expected results. Your dentist will then prepare a customised tray of whitening products especially tailored to suit your teeth.

Tooth whitening is typically done prior to having other restorative dental work carried out, this is due to the fact that any new dental implants, porcelain crowns or veneers will not need to be whitened as they will be colour matched to your existing teeth which will be between 6 and 9 shades lighter than before the whitening process began.

Like with many dental procedures, some patients may experience some tooth sensitivity during treatment. This is normal and this extra sensitivity is only temporary, it will quickly resolve once treatment is finished.
